…surprising ways of viewing a world with hopeful prospects.
January 18, 2019.
Barbara Kingsolver’s essays inspire and prod the reader to be more thoughtful and proactive in dealing with our issues of climate change, wars, animal and bird extinctions, world poverty and hunger, among others. Her inspiration comes from her belief that there is hope and answers to these dilemmas.
I found her book enlightening with, at times, surprising ways of viewing a world with hopeful prospects. This is a must-read, well-written book by a compassionate and intelligent author.
