Kurt Hoelting is a mindfulness teacher, writer and wilderness guide. For the past twenty-five years he has led mindfulness-based wilderness retreats in Alaska during the summer months. Like so many others, he has had to re-invent his life and livelihood during the Covid-19 pandemic, but has also been moved by the outpouring of solidarity and shared destiny that the pandemic is calling forth from the global human family.
