Singer/Songwriter Celia Farran’s powerful song “Build the Wall” is a clarion call for the separation of church and state, and what happens when war is waged in the name of religion. Spiritual support for military personnel and their families is no less necessary than other forms of support, but when religion becomes a tool of the state, or vice versa, as is happening around the globe and right here in the US, warfare easily becomes a crusade.
