In these uncertain times, some of us crave a simple, powerful spiritual practice to bring us back to what most gives us life. The examen is a flexible, time-honored practice that can be used by individuals, families, or groups. Amanda Aikman is a retired Unitarian Universalist minister. She lives in Everett with her partner, Nancy. Amanda has won over a dozen sermon contests and has written over a dozen plays as well as a novel. She is very happy to be a friend of our congregation.
