In accordance with the Bylaws of UUCWI, The Board of Directors consists of five to seven members elected for staggered terms by the congregation at the annual meeting.
The Board is charged with the responsibilities of setting policies, administering the financial and other affairs of the congregation and its real property, and otherwise taking actions that may be necessary for the health or well-being of the congregation. The Board also makes certain an annual operating budget is prepared for consideration and adoption by the congregation.
The Board meets for at least ten monthly meetings and, if necessary, more often. Members are invited to attend the meetings which are held either on-line or at UUCWI -watch the E-News for details.
Current Trustees include: Toyan Copeland, President; Lynn Wenzel, Treasurer; Linda Flanagan Freeburg, Secretary; and Clara Beier, Denise Marion, and Don Winebrinner, Trustees at Large.
