It has been said that being a UU isn’t a spectator sport.  We often close our services with a reminder that “we extinguish our chalice but not its light of truth, the warmth of community or the fire of commitment.  These we carry in our hearts until we meet again.”  On Sunday mornings we are asked to walk our talk, to exemplify our values in every aspect of our lives, returning the following Sunday to be once again refreshed.  Please join us Labor Day weekend as fellow congregants Richard Gammon, Janet Garrow and Dee Marion, all long time UUs, reflect how their UU values have informed their work in their communities.

We will dedicate the day’s offering to Ryan’s House, a place where youth are reminded of their value.
