Robert Frost’s familiar poem “The Road Not Taken” contains the line “I shall be telling this with a sigh.” Among other things, this sermon will reflect on that “sigh of life” in the face of what is a quintessential human feature, namely, our capacity for choice, the necessity of having to choose.
