Rev Anna Singh Deo joins us to consider possibilities for building a raft to help us cross over to the other shore of peace, freedom and wellbeing. With over 30 years as a regular meditation practitioner, Anna completed the Upaya Zen Center Buddhist Chaplaincy Training Program and was ordained by Roshi Joan Halifax in 2011.
